Mushroom Brush

Mushrooms are better when they aren't rinsed in water as they lose flavour, this brush allows for cleaning mushrooms before cooking, but could also be used as a pastry brush aswell. Made from oil treated birch wood and horse hair bristles. 

Each brush Iris Hantverk produce is made by a visually impaired crafts person, providing employment and creating pieces of sensitivity and products that last.
